Necessary Food for Life Love and Spirit Empowerment
59Sinners...Winners
A forbidden morsel of succulent fruit had just reached its point of no return when Adam the neo-earth dweller and his help-suitable were faced with a dilemma of magnanimous proportions because a wave of knowledge had just revealed to them for the first time...the identity of error, flaw, nakedness and yes, sin.
This epiphany, caused this "manifestation" to seek refuge amidst the foliage of his garden domicile but just when he thought he had found adequate obscurity; The voice of a somewhat disturbed Creator "walking" in the midst of the garden looking for His "reflection" found none, and whispered in voice that possibly was likened to the roar of a mighty billow from within the ocean's core saying "Adam where are you?"
And from that moment on, humans have sought to cover the existence, evidence and effects of sin. In our endeavor to keep moral imperfections hidden, various methods have been practiced in order to keep transgression with its’ varying monikers marginalized from the epicenter and image of pureness associated with the Divine.
After several hundred years and a barrage of laws, statutes, sacrifices, tabernacles, temples, gods and goddesses, man was still in the process of trying to find recompense for his inherent inability to adhere to that which was morally right…And then it happened; a solution that would reach into the cavernous tributaries of the human’s base nature and tainted psyche to transform scarlet spirits into new creatures complete with vestures of wholeness, glistening with glory.
This was implemented by the sacrifice of a spotless, holy lamb personified in an obedient son whose love and vicarious death would bear the iniquity of the fallen being. Not to mention how a magnanimous force called grace through faith would empower man, with the favor and the ability to remain justified in spite of a continual missing of the moral mark.
But humans have a whole different concept about proverbial "wrongdoers". It is the practice of humans everywhere to, in some shape or form to appoint themselves the "authority" capable of punctuating other's thoughts, questioning motives, and predicting roccurences and outcomes.
The problem however, is that even though man was created an abbreviated manifestation of an Almighty God, he came complete with a will that at best would provide parameters for decent behavior through good choices. But, most often than not “will” would turn into an internal self-serving beast with an enormous appetite for that which would do its possessor the most harm.
The combination of a being whose sole purpose is to be a magnification and living testament of all that is virtuous, coupled with a demagogue who finds pleasure in attaining power through self, leaves man in a most vulnerable state. And as long as man’s misdeeds are covered by privacy or clandestine relations instead of Divine grace; guilt and self-righteousness cloak the misdeed in a deceptive mask of whitewash that oftentimes leaves the unwary without a clue to the identity of face behind it.
In this state, falls from “grace” become more apparent. And, due to the influence of pride and haughtiness man often finds a way to save face by producing this “mask” of wholesomeness in time of necessity and seeking to openly associate with those who appear kindred in action, word or deed. If one is not able to procure a mask, due to ignorance, instability, indigence or inconvenience they are often looked upon as outcast and moral paupers who have no hope of reconciliation into that which is holy. In turn this will usually leave the perpetrator in an emotional haze of guilt and regret, cowering and crouching low to reiterate the fact that there is no humanly possible way to stop reoccurrences that could provide a permanent barrier between sinful man and his Divine connection.
The good news is according to Romans 3:23 of the Bible, my choice of sacred writings, is that all have sinned, and come short of God’s magnificent glory and that there is no need to become judgmental of anyone who finds themselves in fault or encumbered by a carnal flaw. It is the duty of those around such a one, to restore them with a spirit of meekness, and consider the fact that tomorrow may be the day that they become tempted in like manner (Galatians 6:1). The truth remains, that even in moments of weakness when individuals ignore the escape clues and proceed into the self-willed pavilions of gratification for a season they are still covered and deemed righteous by Divine will… and not by their actions… good or evil.
